Ever wanted to save photo from Telegram on the fly? Forward any picture to @IFTTT bot and it will save it for you in OneDrive folder.

Add file from URL

This Action will download a file at a given URL and add it to OneDrive at the path you specify. NOTE: 30 MB file size limit.
