Turn ON a Hue device when a WiSPLICE session starts

Use this applet to connect a Hue device to a WiSPLICE station. When a user activates a WiSPLICE session on the station, this applet will turn On the selected Hue device. Pair this with the "Turn off a Hue device" applet to ensure that the device gets turned Off when the session ends.
